Right off the bat for those of you who have asked how Sue McDuffie is doing after her stroke last year the answer is much better. I've talked with her a bunch and she's sounding great but we both agreed that she should take this year off to fully recuperate. Please keep her in your prayers. On the bright side, Pam Coder did such a fantastic job filling in for Sue last year in Texas that I've hired her to present at all of our programs this year. She's a lot of fun and her program will help you understand the changes in your state and federal laws governing Court Reporting.

Patti Wood is back again with a new program on Communications that will transform the way you interact with others and Jeff will be there to help you find balance in your home and work life.
