There are those that take the Workshoppe to get over
shyness, break out of their comfort zone and even some want
to become stand-up comedians. Many past students have gone
on to work the clubs, cruise ships, appear on TV shows such
as Arcenio Hall, Jenny Jones and win most of the comedy
contest held in Atlanta.
One graduate, Ron Lester, stole his scenes in the movie,
"Varsity Blues" and was a regular on the TV series,
"Popular". Jim Harley and Marsha Crenshaw have made careers
for themselves in radio and television commercials. Other
graduates have gone on to become extremely well paid
professional speakers.
The majority of students take the course because they want
